Starting January 1, 2014, Independent Inspections, Ltd. (IIL) will be serving as Building Inspector for the Town of Plymouth and providing residential and commercial permit and inspection services. ILL is a State certified inspection agency, fully licensed, bonded and insured. Roland Hemmann will serve as the primary inspector for the Town of Plymouth. He will be available to meet with you for permitting and related services by appointment by calling his cell phone number 262-894-2546. WELCOME: The Town of Plymouth is located in Rock County, Wisconsin. The Town Hall is located off of County Road H in Hanover, Wisconsin. It holds the Town Office and is the polling place for all elections as well as the location of the Hanover Post Office. The Town Office is open every Saturday from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., from 6:30 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. before each Town Board meeting and other hours by arrangement with the clerk.
